mostly california rolls actually.

i live right across the street from a decent sushi restaurant (two actually, if you count the thai restaurant that also has a sushi menu), and a bunch of us went and did the all-you-can-eat sushi special once. heavenly. they just kept bringing platters and platters of rolls and sashimi whenever we asked.

Really, last time I had any type of fish was way back in 83"...
Fish are my friends... Now cows? I could kill them with my bare hands and eat the flesh. Dumbass animals.

i used not be able to eat sushi.. let alone sashimi.
then the chef (aka my wife) forced me to eat sushi grade yellow fin.. i thought i died and went to prom with the hot cheerleader.

i still won't eat teh squidy tho.. calamari is diff.. but those crazy rolls with a big suction cup ready to stick to the roofus of your mouth?

Yuck- squid, and conch sushi are disgusting...EEL is sooo good.
Salmon...mmmmmm..Godamnit...I am hungry for sushi now.

I feel really bad every time I eat Octopus, on account of their intelligence, but they are sooo yummy.
At the aquarium here, the caretakers noticed that the urchins and such kept disappearing from the kids petting tank... but the shells, and a water trail, were left behind. Time-laspe video later identified the culprits: two octopi from a petting tank WAY THE HECK on the other side of the aquaium were scurrying out at night, tentacle-walking across the floor, chowing down on the pettables, and then RETURNING to their own tank before morning.

i heard about something like that! made me never eat octupus or squid again. pretty smrt.

i like sushi and nigiri, i don't like sashimi. something about the texture. i like tuna tatako (sp?) though. yummy.

sushi IS umami.

eating octopus is bad. eat puppies instead.

scallops also bad--they harvest them by dredging the seafloor which kills everything.

weirdest sushi i ever had - tuna, mayonaise, and pineapple roll. surprisingly good.

sushi rocks my world. it's like sex for the mouth. wait.... you can have sex with your mouth....... mmmmmm.........

not according to one william jefferson clinton, you can't.
