i get that too! avoid staring at the monitor in the dark.. or too late at night. If you must, then try a LCD monitor, which can help a little.

Eye exercises seem to help. focus on something close then far and repeat 10 times.

i went through a phase of this... thought I was bonkers or something... it went away after a while. (After I quit my job) It's a few years later now, and I've started to notice my younger friends having the same problem.... hmmm... they need to go on vacation...

yes! i have vacation for 2 weeks starting monday!

can mean you are tired/run down etc

rest relax sleep do fun things eat brocoli avoid too much caffeine etc

strangly.. once my vacation started.. so did the twitch of eye stop.

My wife got that at last job... She is a homemaker now and has not had it since. Just quit your day job....

i got that eye twitch thing ages ago - its to do with sitting too close to your monitor or staring at the the monitor in the dark or having a slow refresh rate on your monitor... glad to hear it went away after your holiday - its quite worrying when it happens for the first time.

sometimes the spot right under my right eye (you know, the place that gets all puffy when you're hung over) twitches uncontrollably....

...i think it has mostly to do with my muderous, mysnathropic thought process.

So I wonder if the twitch went away after you quit your job?
