kinda more like a study and practice. (ambient musics)

i used this as excuse to learn some more of my kyma.

everything in here is kyma processed (mostly spectral shit)
then i also was experimenting with HRTFs ITD and ILD (all pseudo sound specialization shits for hedfons)

so, listen to this on fones... warning you may get sick. or you may get ear boner.

I love it.

Nice and dynamic ambient.

I visualize: An underwater sealab, where a monster made of sponge roams the corridors.

She was ugly at first sight but as the night wore on, she became pretty in the end.

crizzedy crap, kyma is neato. if this taking off sound goes on for much longer i'm gonna barf in my cornflakes.

now that u are a kyma maestro, you are like an unstoppable ambient music monster with lazer beams coming out of your eyes. nice ending, btw. very decisive.

huh? the fruit? oh, they do that all the time....it's actually more shocking to see them not sexing. just let them be.

the title on the box is totally a sex moan onomatopoeia.

well, i'll be. it works.

kyma definitely has a "sound", it seems. ironically, it's probably the only thing out there that does nearly artifact-free timestretching, so when you hear that it's most likely kyma.

i am now better then all of you cuz i can do flawless time stretching.

ha

the 'taking off' sound is something timestretched to 10,000%

its a fft proccess, and i used 512 partials.

for those intersted DSP wanks.
i did this all pretty much real time with the wacom pen/tablet. and recorded into poobase.
thusly the clipping at someparts (didn't check the levels)

i had timestretch mapped the pen Y (is that up/down?)
and had verb amount mapped to pressure (i think)
and X was mapped pan ( side/side)
i tried to add a little dopler to it, but just a little.. but i think it was too little, as you cannot hear it.

i had something mapped to pen tilt.
of coarse, i didn't save the patch... i never do.. bah.

nice trip.

this is what you hear when you're being abducted by aliens
pretty smooth timerstretcher / sounds fun being able to "doodle" a track with a wacom tablet.

OMG, that is one huge motha of sound!
I can imagine you with that spiffy Wacom tablet being truly immersed in it, and it shows. Everythings sounds so wonderfully blurry, like SoundHack's Phase vocoder, but a million times better.
Anxious to hear your next (ambient) releases
