stuffs to go in:
pasta (shells are great)
chedder
parmeeeesion
asiago (opt)
garlic
jalepinos
roma tomatos
butter
milk
olive oil
salt
pepper
daves insanity hotsauce.

1. chop up all that stuff (besides the pasta and butter, and milk (and cheese))
2. grate up that cheese.
3. sautee the garlic with olive oils (xtra virgin pls)
4. put a large drop of DAVES INSANITY HOT SAUCE at the last moment of sautee-ness (watch your eyes, the fumes = pepper spray)
5. boil up that pasta and drain.
6. mix in butter to pasta.
7. add everything else (cheese and stuffs)
8. stir like crazy, adding milk for some creamyness.
9. oh yeah.. fresh tomatos sliced and stired in at the last moment (just so they are barely warmed)
