i make a mean vegetable and bean chili that gets tastier the older it is. then it gets moldy and doesn't taste so good.

chili
mmmmm
we still have a big cauldron. probably tomorrows left overs (if it isn't moldy)

i eat too much good food. it makes me fat. when i'm not thinking about synthesizers i'm thinking about my next meal.

I find myself rabidly twiddling the knobs of my stove when making my much revered bean and pork sate. thai food rules supreme. makes good leftovers too. word about the threat of putting on them pounds though. always share your food. never share your synths.

gumbo, the more it sits the better it is, also jerk chicken, vegetable soup, chicken'n'dumplin's, grits...and yeah, chili and curry.
pizza and mac and cheese are my "day old and cold" staples.

Lasagna left in the fridge over night gets me moist.
also: unexpected leftover dessert found the morning after a big feast.

sushi is not so good left over either. nor tempura. or french fried potatoes.

i agree about the chili. it always tastes way better the next day, as with most soups I find.
and i love sushi the next day. whenever i make rolls i make enough to last me for two/three days and then i eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. i can never get enough and i'm starting to suspect i might have a "problem". of course that's sushi minus any meat product.
