I can make the best fawkin vegan fajitas & guacamole you ever ate.

have tried many many times to make good vegan thai food at home, but 8 years later, no luck.

not that i'm vegan, i eat seafood, but don't want to venture a guess as to what oyster sauce really is.  

guacamole is so perfect.  

i've done sushi 1000 times, it's easy

heh, cheeeeese! it's the hardest thing to quit. you just gotta keep in mind that milk is what a cow would naturally feed her babies. so, baby cow - if you make that image stick, maybe you feel ridiculous enough not to eat it?!


vegan sushi is killer, and much easier to do than real sushi. there are tons of really good websites out there that describe the process. just use sushi rice, keep your hands wet when rolling and don't put those with avocado into the fridge for later pleasures cause avocado messes up quickly!

had some guacamole last night, in fact. best damn green slimy stuff ever invented. except for the slime on "you can't do that on television".

oh! garlic dill potatoes! my girlfriend makes that! with onions too!  

omg yum yum yum - i was sure i would fuck it up, but somehow i didn't. no avocado this time but cucumber and carrot make a nice combo - esp with a hint of wasabi ;-)

i 2nd keeping those hands wet - man, everyone was telling me the rice was sticky - not an understatement.  

same thing with working with any sticky foods.
